一、教学目标

1. 语言能力目标

(1) 学生能理解的词汇:light、easy、take、umbrella、sales assistant,、department store。

(2) 学生能掌握并灵活运用的句型:The … bag is … It’s … It’s got … You can put your …

(3) 学生能借助图片、表格听懂、理解课文。

(4) 学生能借助思维导图,书写“留言条”

2. 思维品质目标

学生能在问题的引领下,通过获取和分析信息,培养逻辑思维能力。

3. 学习能力目标

学生能够借助思维导图,对文章信息进行整理,逐步完成对文本的深入解码,进行有意义地学习。

4. 文化品格目标

(1)  学生能乐于分享自己收到难忘的礼物,描述礼物,友善对待父母家人朋友老师。

(2)  学生在学习过程中喜欢与其他同学合作,养成良好的学习习惯。

二、教学重难点

1. 重点:用The … bag is … / It’s ….It’s got…. 等句子来描述物品。

2. 难点:能在具体的语境中正确、恰当地运用所学知识与他人进行交际。

三、教具准备

多媒体课件、单词卡、演示卡片、词条。

四、教学过程

Step 1.Warming up (热身运动)

1. Greeting.

2. A game--Blow bubbles(学生站起来大声念出看到的单词)

【设计意图】用游戏调动学生的学习积极性,盘活与话题相关的语言知识。

(1)Look and think

【设计意图】渗透语言知识,引出课题。

(2) Learn activity 1

(3) Say the chant

【设计意图】结合插图讲解活动1的chant,降低学习难度。

Step3 Presentation

1.View and predict.  Q:Why did they take a new bag?

2. Watch and answer.

Q1: How many bags did they talk about?

Q2: Which bag will they take ?

3. Read, tick and underline.

(1) Check the answer and learn new words.

(2) Ask and answer.

Q1: Which bag will they take? Why?

Q2:If you need a bag,which bag will you take? Why?

4.Read and imitate.

【设计意图】始终在课文的情境中学习、理解并运用语言知识,利用层层递进的问题引导学生积极思考,词不离句、句不离篇。将思维导图呈现于板书上,有利于学生提取信息和固化信息,理解文本,培养学生的思维能力。

Step 4. Pratice

1.Watch a video---Lingling shares her present.

2.Learn how to talk about present.

T:We know Lingling’s present is a bag. When we talk about the presents, we can talk about the color, red or blue? The size , big or small? The weight, light or heavy? And the others…

3.Pair work:Talk about the present.

【设计意图】从课本走向生活,以玲玲说礼物为范本,鼓励学生用英语表达,将所学语言知识运用于实际。

Step 5. Production

1.Watch a video about sending presents

T:Presents bring happiness, presents make surprised. Not even children love presents, but also the adults. We send presents on the special days. This boy got a present from his mom. He was very happy. This girl got a present from her mom. She was very happy too.

2.Teacher’s present for mum

(1)Show and talk with Ss

T:On Mother’s Day, I sent a present for my mum. She was very happy. Look, what’s my present? What color is my present? How is my present?

(2)T’s message for mum

3.Ss try to write a message.

【设计意图】微视频渲染气氛,营造情境,鼓励学生勇于表达自己的情感。搭建写作支架,开展写“留言条”的小练笔活动,落实书写训练。

Step6. Homework

1. Listen and imitate the text two times.

2. Sent a present to your family or friend.

【设计意图】延伸课堂,进一步巩固所学,提高综合语言运用能力。
